By accessing or using Fyle Drop (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of any future changes to them.
Fyle Drop is a peer-to-peer file transfer and chat tool. The operator's server acts
only as a temporary rendezvous point to help two devices find each other and exchange
connection information; it does not receive, inspect, scan, moderate, or store file
contents, chat messages, or encryption keys. See

You are solely responsible for: verifying the identity and trustworthiness of anyone you connect with; the legality, safety, and content of anything you send, accept, open, or execute; and complying with all laws that apply to you. The Service does not vet, screen, moderate, or scan connections, users, or transfers of any kind — no one else does either. You must not use the Service to transmit content that is illegal, infringing, malicious (including malware), or that violates the rights of any third party.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. No connection method, including end-to-end encryption, is guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Fyle Drop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to: your use of or inability to use the Service; any content, file, or message transmitted, received, or exchanged between users; any conduct of any user or third party; or unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data — even if the operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The operator's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount, if any, you paid to use it.
The operator does not control, endorse, vouch for, or accept any responsibility for the identity, conduct, or content of any other user. Every connection is made entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator of Fyle Drop from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party, including in connection with any file or message you send or accept.
The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time without notice and without liability. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
